Returns

You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened bottles or cans. Sale items and gift vouchers cannot be returned.

How to return

Email hello@boneidyll.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with instructions. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

You pay for return postage unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. For anything over £75, use a tracked service.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives and email us within 48 hours with a photo if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. We will replace it or refund you, including postage.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it; if it has not arrived within 5 working days, email us.
